In Sri Lanka, traditional Kalu Dodol is a must have Avurudu treat. Sugar, rice flour, and coconut milk make up the majority of this dark confection. Making Kalu Dodol is not a challenging process. but takes a long time and requires a lot of stirring. With the supplies we received today, we can produce about 5 kg of Kalu Dodol.
