Each section targets a different muscle group before finishing with a 2 minute AMRAP complex to elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance. Follow along with Tiff for beginner friendly options throughout, and Dan for more intensity.

This workout blends strength work with conditioning to help build muscle, improve endurance, and increase overall calorie burn.
