Follow alongside Conor Sloan with this 45 minute full body muscle building dumbbell workout that you can perform at home, the gym or on your travels. This workout will target almost every muscle group in your body and it's great for those looking to build strength, build lean muscle, cut body fat and improve cardio.

This full body dumbbell workout is suitable for all fitness levels because the workout is formatted to go at a pace that works for you! All you need for this workout is a yoga mat (or soft surface) and a pair of dumbbells. Try out this workout and let me know what you think in the comments below!

Workout: 3 sets for each exercise | Try to pick a weight where your pushing 8-15 reps for each exercises
