Описание к видео Exercises for Uninjured Fingers: Follow Along Routine to Decrease Hand Stiffness after Finger Injury

After a finger injury it is common for all your fingers, even the uninjured ones, to become sensitive and stiff. In this follow along exercise routine, Michelle will guide you through gentle hand and finger exercises to decrease stiffness of your whole hand. Move all your fingers or just a few of them...whatever is right for your situation.

Michelle will do finger, thumb, and wrist exercises with you as she is healing from a dog bite injury to her ring finger too!
