👉 Equipment: Suspension Trainer
👉 Workflow: 4x | 5x 30sec On - 10sec Off
👉 Intensity: Medium
👉 Level: Intermediate and Above
👉 Reminder: It is always possible to change the resistance by adjusting the position of your body, and/or creating a staggered stance!

3 Workout blocks will be repeated twice, but going to take a 40-second rest in between, so you can get a drink🍻and freshen up for the next circuit.
Block 1: 5 unilateral exercises (left arm)
Block 2: 5 unilateral exercises (right arm)
Block 3: 5 bilateral exercises
Those unilateral exercises will definitely give a challenge to your core, balance, and stability as well!
