Looking to lose weight at home? This boxing workout is perfect for you! You'll do 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training on the heavy bag, burning tons of calories and sculpting your body. If you don't have a heavy bag at home you can shadow box.The only thing better than a 30 minute boxing workout is doing 30 minutes of boxing work at home in 20 minutes.

This 20 Minute Heavy bag HIIT workout is 5 x 3 minute and 30 second rounds.

Rounds consist of two 1 minute HIGH intensity combos sets and two 30 second active recovery set. The last 30 seconds is an elevated finisher.
