Do these boxing workouts in order starting at with this 20 minute heavy bag HIIT workout for 30 days and watch the pounds fall off and your fitness increase. This 20 MIUNTE HEAVY BAG HIIT workout is the first boxing workout in your series.
The Boxing workout is 5 rounds that combine 1 minute HIIT sets with 30 seconds active recoveries and options to elevate your workout with harder sets.
Between rounds you can rest or do a core set to keep the calories and metabolic fire burning.
