An all time favourite traditional Malay dessert.

Ingredients:
400g glutinous rice flour
Mixed with half teaspoon salt.
300ml pandan juice
(obtained from blending 6-8 pcs pandan leaves with water and strain away the fibre)
1 cup of coarsely chopped palm sugar (gula melaka)
2 cups of grated coconut, mixed with a pinch of salt, a few pandan leaves and steamed for 15mins
