My name is Duncan Walsh (no surprise there) and I am 58 years old, the last time I checked.
I have created this channel to pass on invaluable information I have learned over decades of training myself and others, to help with self motivation, fitness and/or weight loss, whether for general health or towards a specific goal. Duncan has combined 35+ years of experience in fitness, weight loss and business. He is an ex-professional sportsman [Squash - Veteran British Open Champion], and was notorious for his huge training sessions. Duncan has a sports science degree and has coached at Ivy League Universities in the US. He has created countless workout programs, trained hundreds of people for fitness and weight loss and developed patented sports products which were accepted into Walmart.
