Scallion Oil Noodles ♥ Tasty & Simple (葱油拌面)

Scallions + shallots slowly infused in oil make a delicious sauce to a homemade bowl of noodles! If you enjoy eating a bowl of noodles with these flavors, you'll love this recipe. It's a simple base for the oil, which you can add to with other ingredients such as leftover meats or even a fried egg to put on top. 1 shallot
3 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. cane sugar
