You will add a loop band here to increase challenge, difficulty and coordination. You will work your GLUTES (butt) and lower body the entire time, that loop band will never come off of your thighs !

A successive strength builder video from other fitball fitness Pilates workouts Kristi has done. How to use this prop to improve your fitness level. Kristi loves to remain creative and go with the flow of where her body is leading, this workout is improvised after fluidity. You will work hips, lateral lines, adductors, abductors, hip flexors, yes your inner thighs will feel the burn. You will work your pelvic floor and abs (core) integrally. Finish with some challenging plank moves for the shoulders and you are on your way. This workout will keep you moving, give you ideas of what you can do with the fitball at home and your loop band. Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !
