Ground Turkey and Sweet Potato Bowls 🦃🍠

A healthy and high-protein recipe for your next meal prep! Using turkey keeps it lean and the sweet potato makes it filling. The spicy lime mayo sauce brings it all together!

Seasoned Ground Turkey 🦃

Ingredients:
-1 lb ground turkey
-1 tbs olive oil
-2 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-2 tsp dried oregano
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper

Instructions:
-heat pan to high heat and add 1 tbs olive oil
-brown ground turkey and add spices; mix well
-cook for an additional 1-2 minutes

Roasted Sweet Potato 🍠

Ingredients:
-3 large sweet potatoes, dice into small 1/2” cubes
-3 tbs olive oil
-1 tbs onion powder
-1 tbs garlic powder
-1 tbs smoked paprika
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper

Instructions:
-add diced sweet potatoes into large bowl with oil and spices; mix well
-air fry at 400F for 30-40 minutes until tender

Peppers and Onions 🫑🧅

Ingredients:
-2 large bell peppers, thinly sliced
-1 large red onion, thinly sliced
-2 tbs olive oil
-1 tsp dried oregano
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper

Instructions:
-add peppers and onions to bowl with oil and spices; mix well
-heat pan to high heat
-add peppers and onions and sauté for 8-10 minutes until tender

Spicy Lime Mayo 🌶️🍋‍🟩

Ingredients:
-1/4 cup mayo
-hot sauce of your choice
-juice of half a lime

Instructions:
-add above ingredients and whisk together well
-cover with a lid; store in fridge until ready to use
