In this video you will learn how to do cross friction massage for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Tennis elbow usually lasts between 6 months - 2 years (yeah I had it before it SUCKS) so this is a GREAT tool for you or your patients to be able to manage the condition successfully on their own.

The key to performing cross friction massage is:
1. FINDING the lateral epicondyle and the affected tendon
2. Using firm pressure and moving across the tendon in a PERPENDICULAR direction.
3. Be careful with the skin - avoid blistering or other irritation
4. Perform cross friction massage 1-2 times daily for 5 min.
