Ingredients:

For The Ayam Berempah Paste:
Turmeric Alive - 5-6 Pcs (2-3 Inches Each)
Lemongrass – 5-6 Pcs
Garlic -6-10 Cloves
Ginger -2 Pcs (4 Inches Each)
Shallots – 6-8 Pcs
Bird’s Eye Chili – 10 Pcs
Some Water

For The Ayam Berempah (Chicken) Marination:
Ayam Berempah Paste – 2 Cups
Lime – ½ Juice
Chicken Curry Powder – 3 Tbsp
Coriander Seeds Powder – 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds Powder – 2 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds Powder – 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
Salt – As Required
Brown Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaves – A Handful

Homemade Chili Paste (For Nasi Lemak Sambal)
Dried Chili – 150-200gm Soaked In Hot Water
Onion – 1 Large
Tomato – 1 Large
Belacan – 2 Cubes
Garlic – 5-8 Cloves
Cooking Oil – 2 Tbsp
Some Water

For The Sambal Ikan Bilis (Nasi Lemak)
Oil – As Generous
Onion – 7 Onions Cut In Half Rings
Pandan Leaves – 2-3 Leaves
Pounded Anchovies – 2 Cups
Homemade Chili Paste (For Nasi Lemak Sambal) – 3-4 Cups
Brown Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Salt – As Required To Taste
Gula Melaka – 2 Cubes

Nasi Lemak (Fragrant Rice With Coconut Milk or Fatty Rice)
Rice – 4 Cups
Coconut Milk – 1 Whole Coconut Milk
Pandan Leaves – 2 Sets Of Knots (Each Knots Consist 2 Leaves)
Salt – As Required To Taste
Cooking Oil – 2 Tbsp

For The Side Dishes
10 Pcs Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Cup Of Fried Peanuts
1-2 Cups of Crispy Fried Anchovies
1 Cucumber Cut Into Slices

Optional Serving:
Banana Leaves
