“Meat Bone Tea” is HAPPINESS in Hat Yai (AMAZING Clay Pot Recipes + Braised Pork Dreams)

Its not the first time I've said it - but today's lunch feast absolutely seals the deal - Hat Yai is undoubtedly the Heavyweight Champion of all things Deliciously THAI (and after today's meal, I also have a NEW favorite restaurant in Thailand).

To say that this restaurant is "worth the trip to Hat Yai, just to have this meal" is fun... but actually DOING it is even much more fun still!! Two weeks later, we do just that,* but of course you first have to see the original story in all its glory.

Thank you SO much for hanging out with me (giving us a chance to visit here first?), but only just barely, because I would also SO love to see videos from you about your adventures at this place, or places like this in Hat Yai (or just hear in stories below, you know, you don't need to go carrying around a video camera to all these places, that's our job... you just go and eat!)
