Practices for Balancing Kapha Dosha | Keep Things Moving

Описание к видео Practices for Balancing Kapha Dosha | Keep Things Moving

Today on "5ish Minutes with Dr. Robert," we explore effective practices for balancing Kapha dosha. 🌿🌊

Kapha, made of earth and water, can accumulate like a river in winter, potentially causing floods if not managed. It’s essential to keep Kapha moving to prevent stagnation in the body and mind. Regular exercise, mindful eating, fasting, and sun exposure are key. Aim for lightness (langhana) to counteract Kapha's heaviness and practice Swedana (sweating) to enhance circulation and eliminate toxins.

Keep everything moving for a balanced Kapha and a healthier you.
