Unfortunately flexibility is and has always been one of the most overlooked parts of a swimmer's training. With the potential to unlock greater ranges of motion, improve stroke efficiency, and promote athleticism, flexibility has massive potential to improve your race times.

In this video, you will have me introduce 18 top stretches to improve your swimming efficiency. You will learn 6 general stretches for all strokes, as well as, 2 additional stretches focused on each stroke. The caveat is that Breaststroke earns 6 stretches because it is kick dominant and relies heavily on hip flexibility.
