The second most common correction that I make at track and field throwing camps is athletes picking up their feet before releasing the shot. Coaches will tell athletes to "use more legs" when they throw but that's impossible if their feet are no longer touching the ground. Here's how to keep your feet on the ground and actually produce power with your legs!
