Handstands are a skill that is not simply picked up along the way. Getting good at handstands requires a combination of strength, mobility, focus and technique that can only be achieved through consistent training.

There are many misconceptions when it comes to handstands and over my years of coaching I’ve come to realize that most people do not know how to actually do handstands properly. It is true that doing whatever works best for you in the moment combined with a bit of luck will eventually get you to the freestanding handstand.
Yet, just like in any other sport there is a technique that is superior. A way of performing that is healthier, more efficient, more sustainable and simply better. I will be teaching you here this precise way.

Over the past 5 years I’ve taught well over 10 000 hours of handstands. This gave me the opportunity to truly understand what is needed when training handstands, what possible limiting points are and how someone who is new to handstands might be thinking.
