Over on my Social Channels I often talk about exercise and how important it is to aging well. So many want to know more about what I do and how I stay flexible and strong. It is all about the exercise! It is our secret weapon and the closest thing we will ever find to a "Fountain of Youth". So today I thought I would share my thoughts and advice with you while I am doing my morning workout. I alternate my days between Treadmill and Weights or a Yoga Session and floor work

Everyone and anyone can learn Yoga. Chair Yoga is an alternative if regular Yoga is too strenuous. At an older age learning Yoga one pose at a time is the safest and best way to start. Once you have learned 3-4 poses you can string them together into your own Yoga Pose Flow. You are never too old for exercise. Any movement in your day is beneficial.
