DAS MÄRCHENHAUS VON HÄNSEL UND GRETEL: Geschwisterliebe bis über den Tod hinaus 🔎 Lost Place 🔎 Urbex

Es ist eine der herzergreifendsten Urbex-Geschichten die ich kenne. Und gleichzeitig auch eine der traurigsten. Wir besuchen das Haus von Alice und Nelly, einem italienischen Geschwisterpärchen, die heute um die 100 Jahr alt wären – wenn sie noch leben würden. Doch beide sind inzwischen verstorben, was bleibt ist ihr Lebenswerk.

Wir schreiben das Jahr 1946. Nach dem Kriegsende ziehen Alice und Nelly zusammen mit ihrer Mutter in das kleine Häuschen abseits der Zivilisation. Die drei lebten ohne jeden Komfort der damaligen Zeit: kein Strom, kein Gas, kein fließendes Wasser.

Ursprünglich waren die Geschwister einmal Lehrer gewesen, doch nach dem Tod ihrer Mutter entschlossen sie sich dazu, sich ganz ihrer großen Leidenschaft zu widmen: der Kunst. Sie hatten so viel Talent, dass sie begannen, ihr Haus wie eine Art Märchenbuch zu gestalten, in dem sie es mit Malereien und Statuen füllten, die ihrer Fantasie entsprungen waren. Alice bedeckte die Wände mit ihren farbenfrohen Zeichnungen, während Nelly für die Skulpturen verantwortlich zeichnete.

Ihre Tage waren voller Leben und Farben, ihr Märchenhaus die Leinwand ihrer Kunst. Die beiden galten als höfliche, kultivierte, aber auch sensible Menschen, die keine sozialen Kontakte knüpfen wollten.Eigentlich lebten sie nur FÜREINANDER. Nellino verehrte seine Schwester so sehr, dass er sie nicht beim Namen nannte, für ihn war sie göttlich und SO sprach er sie auch an: die Göttliche!

Im Jahr 2007 starb Alice. Nach Alices Tod verließ der Bruder das Haus der Märchen und zog sich in ein Seniorenheim zurück. 6 Jahre später folgte er Alice in das Wunderland hinter den Spiegeln.

It's one of the most moving Urbex stories I've known. And at the same time one of the saddest. We’re visiting the house of Alice and Nelly, an Italian sibling couple who would be around 100 years old today - if they were still alive. But both have died by now, what remains is their life's work.

The year is 1946. After the end of the war, Alice and Nelly and their mother move into the little house away from civilization. The three lived without any of the comforts of the time: no electricity, no gas, no running water.

Originally the siblings were once teachers, but after the death of their mother they decided to devote themselves entirely to their great passion: art. They had so much talent that they began to make their house like a kind of storybook by filling it with paintings and statues that had sprung from their imaginations. Alice covered the walls with her colorful drawings, while Nelly was responsible for the sculptures.

Her days were full of life and colors, her fairy tale house the canvas of her art. The two were seen as polite, cultured, but also sensitive people who did not want to socialize; in fact, they only lived FOR EACH OTHER. Nellino adored his sister so much that he didn't call her by name, for him she was divine and THAT is how he addressed her: the divine!

Alice died in 2007. After Alice's death, her brother left the house of fairy tales and retired to a retirement home. 6 years later he followed Alice into the wonderland behind the mirrors.
