Active Release in Chest and Shoulders | Training Fascia with Karin

Описание к видео Active Release in Chest and Shoulders | Training Fascia with Karin

In this 9-minute Slings Myofascial Training practice, a small self-massage exercise brings great ease to the shoulders!

By freeing the tissue just beneath the collar bone, the chest opens, the shoulders move more freely, the arms may feel lighter, and the neck more relaxed.

This wonderful exercise takes almost no time to execute and can be done by everyone, almost everywhere. Care for your shoulders now to add quality to the rest of your day!

This practice can be done standing or seated on a chair or the floor. Recommended for the massage is a trigger ball or squash ball. Alternatively, you can use your fingers.
