▫️ミズホチカラ パン用米粉　260g
▫️α化米粉　13g
▫️きび砂糖　25g
▫️塩　2g →4.5g
※塩増量しました！
成功率上がります。（R6.2.5追記）
▫️ドライイースト 6g
▫️なたね油　15g
▫️最初の水　220g(※熊本製粉の場合は200g)
▫️追加の水　10g〜35g

※焼は「中温」で行ってください。テロップでは「高温」とありますが間違いです。
※水分量はα化米粉の種類にもよるのであくまで目安。
　「生地の固さ」を参考にしてください。
※水は夏は冷水。冬は35〜40℃のお湯。

【recipe 】
 (1g=0.353oz)
▫️260g rice flour(Must use Mizuhochikara)
▫️13g α-rice flour
▫️25g sugar
▫️2g salt→4.5g
※I increased salt!!
▫️6g dry yeast
▫️15g oil
▫️water
-first 220g(※200g for Kumamoto Flour Milling Co. )
-add 10g~35g

※water's amount is depends on α-rice flour you use,
so please check the softness of dough on the video.
※water has to be cold in summer and hot in winter.
