Where are the cyclists among us? Stretch after cycling! This is a super easy 9 minute cool down for cyclists. Take it easy as always, listen to your body, and enjoy these relaxed stretches after your bike ride. You've earned it!

Overview post-cycling stretching exercises:
Do what feels good! / 30 sec.
Downward facing dog / 30 sec.
Runners stretch / 30 sec. per side
Quad stretch / 30 sec. per side
Hamstring stretch / 30 sec. per side
Arm stretching / 30 sec. per side
Cross legs with side bend / 30 sec. per side
Wide stand with half a bend / 30 sec.
Low lunge optional knee on ground / 30 sec. per side
Glute stretch / 30 sec. per side
