In this video, certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, Natalie Williams shows us how to take it up a notch by combining a balance disc with Yoga poses. The poses used for this exercise are Tree Pose, Figure 4, Eagle Pose, Dancer Pose, Chair Pose, Skier's Pose, along with some more challenging variations of each.
