IT MADE ME REALIZE THAT THIS IS THE BEST RECIPE FOR BITTER GOURD

This made me believe that this is the best recipe for the bitter gourd. No wonder my son loves it and thought it was pizza :)

Ingredients:
1 pc or 350g bitter gourd
1/2 tsp baking soda (to blanch the bitter gourd)
1 medium-sized red onion
2 pcs tomatoes
2 & 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 & 1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 pcs eggs

Dipping sauce:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp banana ketchup
