*10 -15 SECONDS TRANSITION TIME BETWEEN SETS, EXERCISES, & CIRCUITS
*COMPLETE AS MANY REPS OF EACH EXERCISES AS POSSIBLE IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME GIVEN
