In this video, I demonstrate the legs-only drill. This video helps communicate how to use the legs in the correct sequence. My suggestion would be to perform 5 legs-only strokes and one full-length stroke. Your arms should be relaxed, your core engaged, and push off the foot stretcher. It is essential to suspend by hanging your skeletal frame off the handle.
