CLASSICAL PILATES MATWORK

This is an intermedia class. In this class Susanna explores challenging exercise. We advise you to do the Beginners series first before you commence this class. This class is not suitable for beginners.

Susanna Foustok
Susanna has been teaching Pilates over a decade. She initially studied the method in Oxford with Stott Pilates, where she completed their Full Advanced level certification.
After years of teaching the contemporary Stott Pilates, she ventured into the classical work and got hooked. In her quest to deepen the knowledge of the original work, she travels extensively to learn from the original students of Joseph Pilates and world’s leading classical teachers. She is currently doing the Work under Jay Grimes, 1st generation teacher.
