Shoulder External Rotation Mobility - Follow along for a full shoulder mobility class focusing on shoulder external rotation

After a shoulder dislocation, there may be some apprehension towards taking your shoulder into external rotation. However, strengthening your shoulder in this position is now more important to avoid future dislocations. Passive stretching should be avoided, but active mobility work in your greatest safest effort is okay.

There should never be pain or pinching involved with this movement, if you do experience this DO NOT continue through the motion, make sure you contact your chiropractor or other healthcare professional for alternatives.
