We are a year and a half late but better late then never right? This was a collab cover we planned when the song first came out last year but kept getting delayed cause of recording problems then busyness but it's finally done and I'm so happy with how it turned out! This was originally planned for TYER but since it's on semi-hiatus atm I decided to upload it here in the meantime (also I apologize for the video, visual blocking wasn't very kind here).

This song is so trippy and I remember having to completely overhaul my lyric adaptation since I originally wrote it to the translation relating it to the anime, but realized I misinterpreted it and rewrote the song to match Yamako's amazing PV. From what I got I wrote the lyrics from the perspective of the main blonde guy who is trying to save the girl from the other guy who's manipulating her in both worlds (or a dream reality? I think the school setting is the real world). So the whole song is about him trying to break through to her and make her see what's really going on! The whole alternate universe and good guy/bad guy ending though, what a plot twist!

Thanks again Angela for the awesome vocals! I know this was difficult for you last year but it turned out great and who else can do this song better then the Queen of Magic Kaito (which I still have yet to see lol). Thanks again for listening! (I have more Honeyworks covers very soon...)
