马来西亚🇲🇾美食:焖伊面,香喷喷的吸收酱汁的精华,非常入味,味道咸鲜😋❤️

材料:150克鸡胸肉、6只虾、鱼饼、菜心、蒜末、2颗伊面

腌制肉:1勺料酒、1勺生抽、1勺胡椒粉搅拌均匀备用

调味料:1碗清水、1勺盐、1勺蚝油、1勺麻油、1勺老抽、1勺鸡精、1勺白糖

做法:

1) 锅热油,放入蒜末爆香。加入肉片&虾炒至半熟放入鱼饼继续翻炒,再加入一碗清水

2)加入1勺盐、1勺蚝油、1勺麻油、1勺老抽、1勺鸡精、1勺白糖煮滚。

3)加入伊面2颗,用中火焖至伊面软,再加入菜心,焖2分钟即可出锅。

2) Add 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of chicken essence, 1 spoon of sugar and boil.

3) Add 2 noodles, simmer over medium heat until the noodles are soft, then add the choy sum, simmer for 2 minutes, and it will take out.
