Learn 3 simple foam roller exercises you can do for perfect posture! We tend to have poor posture especially when sitting at a computer all day, and these exercises will help you align your posture and gain control proximally (towards the shoulder/neck/back), which takes pressure off the wrist and hand.

I love giving these exercises to my patients - helps with pec tightness and posture, which reduces distal compensatory movements that lead to RSI and cumulative trauma injuries. Therapists, do you agree? Any other foam roll or postural stretches you like? This is definitely not an all-inclusive list. I'd love to hear from you!
