Computer workers (aka office athletes) work hard! Long days, repetitive movements, sometimes poor posture or ergonomics...these factors can increase the risk of repetitive strain injury. These 5 stretches can be done at your desk (or right next to it!) every few hours throughout the day to help with preventing RSI, but will also help for those experiencing symptoms.
