Recipe & Ingridients

In a pot add 200 gram desi ghee and 1 1/2 sliced onions. With this add 2 cinnamon sticks, 4-5 green cardamom, 2 black cardamom, 10-12 black pepper corns, 8-10 cloves and 2 bay leaves.

Cook all these untill onions get light brown. Then add 750 grams of boneless mutton prices cut into steak style. Add 2 TBSP ginger/garlic paste. Cook this for 5-7 minutes.

After cooking for 5-7 minutes add 1 TSP cumin powder, 1 TSP red chili powder, 1 TSP kashmiri red chili powder and add salt to taste. Cook all these for 4-5 minutes and then add (Almond, coconut and khashkaas) paste, recipe is written below:

-8-10 almonds
-1 TSP coconut flakes
-1 TSP khaskhaas

Soak these things overnight and make a paste.

After adding paste, cook it further for 5-7 minutes.

Then we will add 1-1/2 TSP Crushed corriander will cook for 2-3 minutes and then add 1 cup of yogurt. We will cook this gravy for 10-12 minutes.

After cooking it for 10-12 minutes we will add 2 cups of water and cook it in pressure for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes your mutton pasanday are ready to be served.
