Today is day 15 of the 30 Day Workout Challenge and we have made it to the HALFWAY point!!!
I want to say a massive congratulations to all of you that have made it this far. You should already be feeling a positive shift in your mindset as well as physically stronger and fitter!

Today's affirmation is 'I AM DETERMINED'

Determination helps us to live with purpose and ON PURPOSE. It goes hand in hand with strength, courage and confidence.
This affirmation is powerful and is extremely helpful at times when we are facing a difficult task or challenge.

Today, repeat this affirmation before every task or action that seems challenging or you have been putting off!

The Key phrase for this Workout is: DETERMINED

D - 30 Alternating Lunges
E - 25 Jumping Squats
T - 20 Military Planks
E - 25 Jumping Squats
R - 60s Air Punches
M - 30s Wall Sit
I - 15 Burpees
N - 50 Sumo Squats
E - 25 Jumping Squats
D - 30 Alternating Lunges

You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.

Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
