Building on an existing mature address, this particular developer increase the dynamic range of the residents by adding in new shopping malls, apartments, and this newly completed corporate office. This created opportunities for the existing business owners that are currently operating within the commercial area.

While comparing between corporate office versus shop offices, there are several elements that we need to take note:
1. Security
2. Entrance statement or experience
3. Carpark
4. Convenience/amenities

My favourite feature of the office would be the window to facade ratio that captures the view, creating that perfect background for meeting rooms. Also the units can be customized in accordance to your business needs in terms of size. Plus it's rare to see a rooftop garden that can be used to host business events and team building activities.

I just wish that there would be a centralized drop-off/lobby as a grand entrance with direct connections to the LRT.
