Join me for this Slow Vinyasa Yoga Flow for Intermediate Level. Here we will softly deepen our flexibility and enjoy a full body stretch. It is 50 minutes long (nearly one whole hour) and you will feel good and satisfied by the end of this practice. It is a complete yoga class that includes warm up, main sequence and relaxing Shavasana.

If I were to describe this class I would say the following:
"It is when you don't want to practice but you end up practicing for one hour"

This practice will start gentle and slow. It will allow you to settle down and let go. But as you finish your warm up you will feel a burst of energy just enough to complete the main standing sequence of this practice that will challenge your balance, your strength and flexibility. After short 20 mins of higher energy flow we will again slow down to cool off and relax into deeper stretches.


I encourage you to take it slow and be mindful of every movement and every stretch that you create. Flexibility might take time so we need to be patient and consistent. Every time we step onto the mat is a blessing and a gift that we give to our body, soul and mind. You will notice that as we stretch we begin to let go of unnecessary tension and thoughts, worries and fears. We grant ourselves an opportunity to dive deeper into ourselves and step away from the outside world. It is a beautiful reason to feel grateful.

Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore try to practice on a consistent basis to see some progress. Depending on your flexibility you might need to use some props.
