How to make Super Juicy Karaage 〜ジューシー唐揚げ〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am showing how to make super juicy Karaage. Karaage is a Japanese style fried chicken, which is loved by everyone in Japan, especially in Bento.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

Ingredients for Super juicy Karaage:
Brine solution:
- Water 1 Cup
- Salt 1 Tsp
- Sugar 1 Tsp

Karaage:
- Chicken (best with thigh) 200-300 g
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Sake (or white wine) 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 Tsp
- Ginger 5-10 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Starch 4-5 Tbsp
