Hi wonderful people!

This workout is a super quick and effective set of exercises to really activate your upper back and postural muscles.

You will really get your : shoulders, upper back, rear shoulders, and core working! Although we do not specifically do ‘core’ exercises as such - you will certainly bring more awareness and strength to this area by keeping a tall spine and tummy pulled in throughout each movement.

It is important you keep your shoulder blades together and keep your abdominals pulled in aswell.

Listen to your body ok! Hope you feel the muscles working:-)
