Get a GREAT Shoulder and Back Workout at home only using resistance bands. Anybody can do this workout and get a great workout without going to the gym. You can follow along with this workout and I give you technique tips and form explanation of each exercise. You can do this workout with any set of tube style resistance bands but I do recommend using Torrobands.
