In this video, I show you how to workout your shoulders using only resistance bands. Working out the shoulders is very important for good technique because its a small muscle group that can easily get injured with not done correctly. Here I will show you 4 exercises to workout out the front, middle, and back of your shoulders. Working out these 3 areas is key to making sure you have a well developed shoulder with good shape to show your cuts. I recommend 3 set of 15 to 20 reps for each exercise.
