Back in the gym for our last VLOG of the week. What a workout it was. I will put the description below. But if you do it, make sure to pick weights that you can continue to move on Not touch and go, but something as it gets heavy will just become rough! Do one, need a big breath and do another. You can do pull ups instead of bar MU as well, but pick something no more than 3 sets!

We really enjoyed this, and then followed it with some accessories. Squat, pat did press, and then the GHD extension holds WHOOF!!
