▪️ bean curd wrap

▪️ ground pork 500g
▪️ shrimps 150g

▪️ 1 tbsp oyster sauce
▪️ 1 tbsp fish sauce
▪️ 1/2 tsp salt
▪️ 1/2 tsp sugar
▪️ 1 tsp chicken powder

▪️ 1 small buddle glass noodles
▪️ 6 dry mushroom
▪️ handful dry fungus

▪️ green onion 3x
▪️ half onion
▪️ 5 cloves garlic
▪️ 1 tbsp sesame oil
▪️ 1 egg

✔️ Beancurd sauce
▪️ 4 tbsp water
▪️ 2 tbsp regular soy sauce
▪️ 1 tbsp sugar
▪️ 1 tbsp vinegar
▪️ 1 tsp dry chilies flakes or fresh ones
