How to make Siu Mai Dim Sun

✔️Ingredients and recipe
▪️ pork with fat 300g
▪️ shrimp 100g

▪️ chopped carrot 70g
▪️ soaked dry mushroom 50g
▪️ corn starch 1 tbsp
▪️ minced garlic ( 4cloves )
▪️ green onions 3x

▪️ oyster sauce 1tbsp
▪️ fish sauce 1/2 tsp
▪️ chicken powder 1 tsp
▪️ sesame oil 2 tsp
▪️ sugar 1 tsp
▪️ ground pepper 1/4 tsp
▪️ egg 1x

▪️ wonton wrap ( 19-21 sheets )

✔️ Recommended Sauce
▪️1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
▪️1 tbsp water
▪️ 1/2 vinegar
▪️ 1/4 tsp sugar

✔️Sauce #2
▪️ 2 tbsp soy sauce
▪️ 2 tbsp water
▪️ 1 tbsp vinegar
▪️ 1/2 tbsp sugar
▪️ fresh or dry chillies to your liking
