1) Kimchi Guksu 김치국수1 Cup Kimchi Broth 김치국물50g Kimchi 김치100g Thin Wheat Flour Noodle 소면2T Plum Concentrate 매실원액1T Anchovy Stock 멸치육수1T Sesame Oil 참기름1T Sesame Seeds 참깨1/2 Cup Water 물1/4 Cucumber 오이Thinly slice the kimchi and the cucumber.김치와 오이를 얇게 썰어줍니다Mix the kimchi broth with the plum concentrate, anchovy stock, sesame oil, and water.매실원액, 멸치육수, 참기름, 물에 김치국물를 섞어줍니다Boil the noodles for about 3 minutes.
