今日會同大家講下腳碗扭傷我們俗稱(拗柴). 當我們扭到腳踭的時候是向內扭到的,或者是向外扭, 甚至乎有些病人滑雪時穿著高筒靴跌倒的時候, 其實都很容易扭到兩個腳腕的問題. 所以有不同方向的「拗柴」其實都會影響到我們腳腕內一些不同的韌帶受傷. 不過無論如何 通常「拗柴」都是那幾項, 不小心可能是在凹凸不平的地板, 譬如走路的時候不小心拌倒便會向入「拗柴」. 我們最常見的「拗柴」情況就是有些女士可能穿著很高的高踭鞋等, 亦很容易不小心腳會突然間扭傷. 跳舞或者打波最容易彈跳那些動作, 一彈高跳下來的時候好容易亦會有「拗柴」的情況出現......

Today I will talk about ankle sprain. When we twist our ankle inwards or outwards. Or when patients wear skiing boots and fell during skiing, common spraining both side ankle. The inward or outward sprain, will injury ankle ligaments. Sprain ankle when slip down on uneven flooring. Accidently tripping over while walking. The most common ankle spraining include wearing high heels, dancing or during sports.....
