Instead of traditional mooncake. I tried to be creative and add in some natural ingredients powder to coloured the dough.
i really love the result.
This recipe can make 12pcs 65g mooncake. i used 75g mould.

Oven pre-heat at 160c. Bake for 7 mins, then turn the tray around and bake another 7 mins, then turn the tray direction again and bake another 5-7mins.

** freshly baked mooncake not the best to eat. Wait 2-3days until the skin slightly soften. then is the best time to consume.
**how long can it last? air tight container can last 2-3weeks. normally it doesn't last more than a week in my house as my family will finished it for sure.

Ingredients
all purpose flour 170g
golden syrup 110g
extra light olive oil 30g
alkaline water 4g
(for 12pcs mooncake 65g mooncake)

natural color powder:
pumpkin powder,spinach powder
red yeast rice powder
beetroot powder
bluepea flower powder
charcoal powder
(1/4teaspoon each)
** you can adjust the color
vibrance by add or reduce
powder amount
**color will slighly fade after
baked.

烤箱预热160度,中层,上下火
先烤7分钟,然后拿出来转烤盘方向,烤7分钟,再拿出来转方向,再烤5-7分钟
(不需要刷蛋)

材料:
中筋面粉 170克
转化糖浆 110克
轻橄榄油 30克(无味)
碱水 4克
可做12粒 65克月饼

天然颜色粉:
南瓜粉,菠菜粉,红米粉,
红菜根粉蓝蝶花粉,黑炭粉
(各1/4 茶匙)

**你可以增加或加少粉的量来
调整色度
**烤后,月饼颜色会浅一点点
***刚烤出来的月饼硬,需要等2-3天后才吃
