In this 30 minute Intermediate Tower and Cadillac, we will focus on strengthening your body overall. The goal is to create opposition, and work on lengthening the muscles for complete posture alignment. Best part is that you get to set the resistance for you, and either keep it a mild workout or encourage challenge. This is a great progression from beginner Tower, and allows for a comfortable pace.
