Workout:
Side Laterals - 4 sets x 12
Last set drop set - run the rack down. Increments of 10lbs

Front Raises - 4 x 10-15

Barbell Upright Rows - 4 x 10 (heavy)

Rope Cable Face Pulls - 4 x 15

Heavy Dumbbell Shrugs - 5 x Failure (increase weight each set, don’t focus on a number, just go until you can go anymore!)
